Solemis is one of the largest Prophix partners in the EU, and at the same time they were looking for a way to add much needed value to their Power BI customers. Since Power BI does not offer direct access to SQL structured writeback, they had to look elsewhere.
accoPLANNING for Power BI was an easy adoption for Solemis. It delivers low cost, low code writeback to SQL and Fabric, and works either as a lightweight alternative to Prophix or, in other engagements, as a collaborative Power BI visual that sits comfortably alongside it.
Solemis now has a second, lighter entry point into planning. Power BI customers who were never a fit for a full CPM implementation can input data, track KPI goals and handle allocation keys directly in their reports, while Prophix clients gain a collaborative front end on top of what they already run.
