Drop downList Item 1
The Cell dropdown field will ease the manual process of writing values and ensure similar values across the cells in your accoPLANNING visual. You can add any text or number measure and you can even add intelligente DAX-logic or DAX-rules to the dropdown.

SplashingList Item 2
Splashing allows users to create measures and use them as splashing components in the accoPLANNING grid. With accoPLANNING, users can distribute values relativ from a parent level to the child cells in the grid based on the input value of a specific meassure like last year actuals.

Transaction keysList Item 3
In Power BI you cannot distinguish between keys and descriptions. When you want to do a proper data model you want the keys to be written to the writeback table but often you want to display the description in the grid for columns and rows. The transactions keys box enables you to put in transaction information you do not want to display in the grid, but want to add to the writeback table.

Real time CalculationsList Item 4
Do client side calculation in the data grid that enhance the possibilities and the flexibilities to add realtime calculations exactly where you want. The calculations will instantly update as you type new data.

Reuse existing data models
In accoplanning there are no dependencies or requirements for a specific data model. You can reuse all existing data models and integrations in PowerBI. There are also no additional interfaces/applications that require maintenance.

Cloud or on-premise
You can use accoPLANNING in a cloud, hybrid or an on-premise scenario. The setup scenario will fit any requirements - also in large enterpise envioments with PowerBI reporting services and/or private endpoints.

Teams and Powerpoint
As part of PowerBI, accoPLANNING can be integrated in PowerPoint, Teams and sharepoint natively. You can even type data in you accoPLANNING visual directly in PowerPoint.

Incorperate you roling forecasting logic in you accoPLANNING by uses Dax logic togetter with the featurs for locking cells and dynamic date calculations. Add 3+9, 6+6, 9+3 with automaticaly actual values showend and locked for dataentry.

accoPLANNING utilize all the great AI functionality that is natively in PowerBI. You can use the build-in AI Insights to gain access to a collection of pre-trained machine learning models that can enhance your data forcasts.

Security and compliance
accoPLANNING adds a high degree of scecurity and comliance. By beeing as close to PowerBI and SQL as possible there are no stored or persisted data any where else that in the customers own powerBI and SQL setup. accoPLANNING utilize RLS and SQL security. All data transfers use an encryption-based Internet security protocol (SSL).

Comments, text and date
Use accoPLANNING for adding text, masterdata, date, date-time as well. You can add comments to any cell but you can also uses it as a masterdata tool for adding changes or additions to your masterdata. Use cases include follow up reports that requires comments and adding new dates.
